Service Terms
These terms describe the basic responsibilities for using Kanitt POS and business-management services.
Accounts and organizations
Provide accurate account details, keep your sign-in credentials secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Organization administrators manage staff roles, store access and the business information entered in their workspace.
Using the service
Use Kanitt for lawful business operations. Do not attempt to access another organization’s workspace, disrupt the service, bypass access controls or upload content you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for reviewing sales, inventory, tax and accounting records before relying on them for business decisions or statutory filings.
Subscriptions and availability
Plan features, prices, billing periods and support arrangements are presented on the website or confirmed in a written quote. A demo request does not create an account, trial license or paid subscription. Some features require an internet connection; offline operation and later synchronization depend on the device and the features available in your plan.
Your data
Your organization remains responsible for the business and customer information it enters and for staff permissions. Keep appropriate backups of records required for your business. See the Privacy Policy for data processing, retention and deletion details.
Suspension and account closure
We may restrict access when needed to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with law. You may request individual account deletion or workspace closure by contacting us. Certain records may need to be retained for accounting, security or legal reasons.
